Rock Climbing

Rock climbing has many sub-disciplines though all essentially involve scaling a steep rock formation using strength, stamina and mental discipline as well as good measures of balance and agility. Virtually all forms of rock climbing use ropes and technical equipment to protect the climber from serious falls. An understanding of the technical equipment and climbing techniques is essential in order to be successful and stay safe.

All our rock climbing activities involve rope-protected climbing starting at the funamentals for entry level courses and progressing to more in depth techniques for intermediate and advanced level courses. You can book a listed course or contact us to arrange bespoke guiding and tuition to suit your exact needs.
